This beech wood Boska cutting board is a decent, knife-friendly board. The beech wood takes care of your knife, retains the sharpness of your edge and won't absorb any bacteria. As you might expect from a good wooden cutting board. By leaving out the feet the cutting board can be used on both sides. A practical and hygienic tool in any kitchen.
Maintaining the cutting board
A beech wood cheese board is, of course, amazing to look at. To make sure it stays amazing a little extra TLC is always recommended. That is why we recommend adding oil to the board before first use and repeat this process every month for the first six months. Never put a wooden board in a dishwasher and don't leave it to soak in water. Dry the board and leave it out to dry upright so that the air can do its work.
